History of the AUDI A6:
The Audi A6 was launched in 1994 as a replacement for the Audi 100. This flagship model in the Audi range has established itself as a benchmark for premium sedans.

• C4 (1994-1997) : The final evolution of the Audi 100 with a new nomenclature. The S6 makes its appearance, equipped with a 2.2 Turbo 5-cylinder engine and a 4.2L V8.
• C5 (1997-2004) : More rounded design and introduction of the first RS6 (2002) with a 4.2L twin-turbo V8 producing 450 hp.
• C6 (2004-2011) : Appearance of the 5.0 twin-turbo V10 with 580 hp on the RS6, inspired by the engine of the Lamborghini Gallardo.
• C7 (2011-2018) : Return to the 4.0 twin-turbo V8 (560 hp and 605 hp in Performance trim). Enhanced Quattro technology.
• C8 (2018-present) : Latest generation, RS6 Avant with a 4.0L twin-turbo hybrid V8 (600 hp), combining power and modernity.

The S6 has evolved with different engines: from the naturally aspirated V8 to the V6 TDI on the latest versions, depending on environmental standards.

The RS6 has become an icon, combining luxury and extreme performance, while remaining true to the Quattro transmission that has made Audi famous.
