Returns

You have a maximum of 14 days from the date of receipt of your item to request a return or exchange.

Please note that custom-made products are non-refundable (steering wheels, airbag covers, gear knobs, etc.).

The product can be returned within 14 days, provided that it is in strictly new condition and in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be returned directly to the supplier.

Please send us an email to: info@rs-shop.fr to inform us of your return request, and send us photo proof of the product's condition; we will then send you the address to which you should return your product.

No refunds are given once the 14 days have passed.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, RS SHOP will refund the amounts paid within 14 days of your return.
